Succulent breast of chicken in a delicate white wine cream sauce
Roast  Topside of beef served traditionally
Pork tenderloin with a sauce of apples and calvados
Poached fillet of salmon wrapped in bacon in a light cream sauce
 
All of the above served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes
